Get a useful answer to your SEO Scan Lab question

For scan results, include the website address, the scan or report number and the name of the issue you are investigating. If a check has returned an unexpected result, describe what you expected and what the report actually showed. This helps us understand the problem without asking you to repeat the whole audit.

Questions about SEO findings

Start with the SEO Guide to understand priority levels, affected URLs and who should fix an issue. For a specific error, send us the finding name and affected page.

Account or billing help

Tell us whether your enquiry concerns a Full SEO Audit, Monthly Monitoring or an account setting. Include a relevant order or report reference if you have one, but do not send card details.

Using the scanner

The Help Centre explains verification, starting scans, reading reports, subscription controls and troubleshooting. You can still use the form if the help articles do not answer your question.
