These Terms & Conditions explain how SEO Scan Lab may be used, how payments and subscriptions work, and the rules that apply when you create an account, run scans, purchase reports or subscribe to monitoring.
About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of SEO Scan Lab, including the public website, customer account area, free scans, paid SEO audits, PDF reports and monthly monitoring services.
By using SEO Scan Lab, creating an account, submitting a website for analysis or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

SEO Scan Lab is operated by Snappy Media Ltd.

Accounts and registration
To access certain parts of SEO Scan Lab, you may need to create an account. When registering, you must provide accurate information.
- You must provide truthful and current account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must complete email verification to create an account.
- You must not allow unauthorised third parties to use your account.
- You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Our services
SEO Scan Lab provides tools designed to analyse websites and generate SEO-related findings, including:
Authority to scan websites
You must only submit websites or domains that you own, manage or are otherwise authorised to analyse.
You must not use SEO Scan Lab for unlawful, abusive, unauthorised or malicious activity.
Payments and billing
SEO Scan Lab uses Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full card details.
Prices shown on the website may vary by country or currency where applicable. All purchases are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
Free Scan terms
The Free Scan is intended as an introductory service and may be limited in scope, data shown, issue visibility, report depth or feature access.
We may change, restrict or withdraw the Free Scan offering at any time.
Full SEO Audit terms
The Full SEO Audit is a one-off purchase. It is not a recurring subscription.
Once purchased, the report will be made available in your account and may be downloadable for up to 1 year, subject to your account remaining active and any earlier account deletion.
Monthly Monitoring terms
Monthly Monitoring is a recurring subscription service billed on a monthly basis.
- There is no 12-month contract.
- You can cancel at any time.
- Your subscription remains active until you cancel it.
- If you cancel, no future monthly payments will be taken after your cancellation takes effect, subject to your billing cycle.
- You will continue to have access to the service for the period already paid for, unless otherwise stated at the point of cancellation.
Monitoring reports may be retained for up to 1 year, or until your account is deleted if sooner.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel Monthly Monitoring at any time through your account or by contacting us through the website, subject to any account tools available at the time.
Refund rights, where applicable, are set out separately in our Refund Policy.
Report storage, inactive accounts and account deletion
SEO scan reports and downloadable reports are generally retained for up to 1 year from the date of the scan. We may email you approximately 30 days before an eligible report is due to be deleted so you have an opportunity to download a copy.
To avoid retaining personal data for accounts that are no longer used, SEO Scan Lab may automatically delete inactive customer accounts according to the following rules:
- Free / unpaid accounts: may be deleted after approximately 6 months without a login.
- Customers who have purchased a report or other paid service but do not have an active Monthly Monitoring subscription: may be deleted after approximately 12 months without a login.
- Active Monthly Monitoring customers: are not automatically deleted for inactivity while the paid subscription remains active.
Where possible, we will send an inactivity warning approximately 30 days before automatic account deletion. Logging in before the stated deletion date will keep the account active and restart the inactivity period.
If you choose to delete your account yourself, or if an inactive account is deleted under these rules, the customer profile and associated scans and reports will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Invoice and transaction records may be retained separately where required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or other legal purposes.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse SEO Scan Lab. This includes, without limitation:
- using the service to scan websites without authority;
- attempting to disrupt, damage or overload the platform;
- attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
- using the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
- copying, scraping or reselling the service in an unauthorised manner.
Intellectual property
SEO Scan Lab, including its branding, design, software, portal structure, original content and platform features, belongs to Snappy Media Ltd or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
Service accuracy and no guarantees
SEO Scan Lab is designed to provide helpful SEO insights, issue detection and recommendations. However, scan results may not identify every issue and may occasionally contain inaccuracies, estimates or findings that require further review.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snappy Media Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of SEO Scan Lab.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access to SEO Scan Lab where reasonably necessary, including where we believe these Terms have been breached, the service is being misused, or we need to protect the platform, our users or our systems.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be changed where appropriate.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Monthly Monitoring scan limits
Each standard Monthly Monitoring subscription applies to one website. SEO Scan Lab automatically schedules a full monitoring scan approximately every 30 days.
In addition to the automatic scan, an active Monthly Monitoring subscription includes one manual full scan per monitored website every 7 days. Each manual monitoring scan can analyse up to 10,000 pages. The customer portal shows when the next manual scan becomes available.
Manual scan allowances do not accumulate or roll over. Starting or completing the normal automatic monthly scan does not create an additional manual-scan allowance.
Repeated attempts to bypass scan limits, automated abuse, or use that materially disrupts the service may be rate-limited or suspended in accordance with these Terms.
Agency plans and website slots
Agency subscriptions include a defined number of active website slots. Starter includes 5 websites, Growth 20, Pro 50 and Scale 100. A website must occupy an available slot to receive Agency monitoring, automatic client reporting or included manual scans.
Each active Agency website includes an automatic monitoring scan approximately every 30 days and one manual full scan every 7 days. Starter is designed for up to 10,000 pages per website. Growth, Pro and Scale have no plan-level page allowance, with a technical safety cap of 500,000 eligible pages per website crawl.
Changing from Monthly Monitoring to an Agency plan replaces the recurring SEO Scan Lab subscription rather than creating an additional recurring plan where technically possible. Stripe may apply prorated charges or credits. If an upgrade payment fails, additional Agency entitlements are not granted until Stripe confirms the subscription change.
Agency branding and client-report links are provided for legitimate client reporting. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of client contact details and for having authority to send reports to those recipients.
